Senior Consultant AI & Data Solutions (m/f/d) — 80-100%

With a Focus on Software, Systems and Integration

For this role, we are looking for an experienced consulting and delivery person for demanding customer projects with a clear focus on AI and data.

You advise customers on the classification, design and implementation of projects in the areas of AI, data, software development and system integration. In doing so, you move safely between management, department and development team and combine consulting skills with technical understanding.

Your tasks

• You advise customers on strategic, technical and technological issues in the areas of AI, data, custom software and system integration.

• You analyse business processes, requirements and existing system landscapes and derive sustainable solutions from them.

• Together with the customer, you develop AI and data strategies, target images and prioritized development paths.

• You identify and structure AI and data use cases and translate them into concrete projects and implementation options.

• You develop solutions, specifications and scope definitions and evaluate their technical and technical feasibility together with the team.

• You conduct workshops with management, departments, data controllers and project teams.

• You work closely with the development team and sharpen solutions in terms of software, systems, interfaces, system integration and feasibility.

• You manage projects independently over several phases and contribute to offers, scoping and the development of customer relationships.

What you need to bring

You have several years of experience working with external customers and have already actively co-designed or led projects in the areas of AI, data and digital solutions. You understand how to sensibly embed AI into processes, products and customer solutions, you can professionally structure AI use cases and realistically evaluate their potential together with the team.

It is also important for us that you have technical expertise. You should be able to classify systems, interfaces, integrations and basic architectural issues well and be able to translate technical requirements into reliable solutions and feasible project principles.

Specifically, we expect:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience advising external clients or in a comparable role with direct customer responsibility.

• Demonstrable experience in AI and data projects.

• Experience in AI Strategy, Data-Driven Solution Development, or AI-Supported Product and Process Projects.

• Safety in Workshops, Customer Meetings and Presentations at Management, Department and Project Levels

• Experience in managing or actively managing projects over several phases.

• Experience working with development teams and a good sense of technical feasibility and scope

• Very good German language skills as well as good English skills.
