Your Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with our AI and development team to ensure that our services and LLM-powered applications run reliably, securely, and efficiently in production. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. You will also set up monitoring and automation and help integrate models seamlessly into production environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Automate deployments of models and services in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Manage Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, GitHub Actions).
- Set up monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Collaborate with AI and MLOps engineers to deploy GPU-based models efficiently.
- Manage networking, VPNs, and connectivity (VPC/VNet, firewalls, API gateways).
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance (access control, certificates, audit).
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Support troubleshooting, release management, and rollback strategies.
- Document architectures, configurations, and operational processes.
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a platform or DevOps engineer in production environments.
- Proficient with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux administration.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform) and CI/CD systems.
- Familiar with Azure or Swiss private cloud providers.
- Familiar with OpenShift and on-premise operations (VMs, GPUs, storage).
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) and a solid understanding of networking.
- Understanding of AI workloads and GPU-based deployments is a plus.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability best practices.
- Understanding of networking, VPNs, ZTNA and security best practices.
- A security-orientated mindset and experience in regulated industries are preferred.
